Deliveries

There are two options for delivery - Standard (Royal Mail Second Class), and First Class (Royal Mail).

Please be advised that if your parcel is over 2kg in weight, or contains matches, this might be sent by courier.

Order are dispatched within 5 working days and you will get a shipping notification when it is on its way.

If you need your order by a specific date within the next couple of days, please check this is possible before ordering by emailing info@olsten.co.uk.

Money Back Guarantee

If you would like a refund or exchange, please return your unused candle in its original box within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (minus any P&P costs). Please ensure the candle is sufficiently protected when posting, as refunds cannot be given if the candle arrives broken due to not being properly packaged. You must notify us if you are returning any items, by emailing info@olsten.co.uk.

If your item was a gift, the purchaser must get in touch and refunds (if applicable) will be made to them.

If you receive your goods damaged in any way, please get in touch via email (info@olsten.co.uk) and we will put this right as soon as possible.
